Change In Maximum Legal Price
CHANGE IN MAXIMUM LEGAL PRICE
Should the maximum price, as promulgated by [Name of statute, or as the case may be], in effect on the date of the execution of this agreement be increased or decreased during the life of the agreement, payment made by buyer shall be increased or decreased in the proportion that the price quoted in this agreement bears to the maximum price authorized by the change.
This is a UCC-buying and selling form.
It is intended to be an addendum to other forms.
